DOHA: The International Bank of Qatar (ibq) announced yesterday the extension of the opening hours of its main branch located in Suhaim Bin Hamad Street, Al Sadd Area to ensure more convenience to ibq clients.
The new opening hours at Main Branch will be from 7:30am to 1:00pm and in the evening from 5:30pm to 7:30pm from Sunday to Wednesday, and from 7:30am to 1:00pm on Thursdays.
Andrew Ball, Head of Retail Banking at ibq, said: “The extension of our main branch evening opening hours is a move towards offering our valued customers more flexibility and convenience.
This will have a positive impact on our customers’ satisfaction, and will support our aim to provide the best customer service and to remain the bank of choice in Qatar.”he added.
Other ibq branches including: C-Ring Road, Markhiya, Airport Road, and Qatar Airways Building will be open from Sunday to Thursday from 7:30am to 1:00pm, and the Lagoona Mall Branch will be open from Saturday to Thursday from 10:00am to 1:00pm, and in the evening from 5:00pm to 8:00pm.
