Doha: The Judicial Evictions and Auctions Department of the Supreme Judiciary Council conducted several auctions on December 28, 2025, generating QR102,455,452.

According to a post on their X account, these proceeds were allocated to 1,476 cases, representing a total of 3,100 bids.

Judicial auctions in Qatar have seen significant engagement this year, with the Council reporting substantial revenue from prior sessions. Most recently, judicial auctions executed on November 30, 2025 generated nearly QR58m, distributed across more than 1,600 cases and thousands of successful bids.

These funds are allocated in accordance with court directives, typically to satisfy outstanding legal judgments.

Prospective bidders are advised to register on the “Court Mzadat” application ahead of the event and review the auction terms and conditions, including deposit requirements and bidding procedures. The Council reiterated its commitment to conducting judicial sales in a manner that upholds fairness and legal integrity.

The Council emphasised that the use of the digital platform aims to enhance accessibility, transparency and efficiency in the disposal of assets assigned under judicial authority. “Court Mzadat”, available for both iOS and Android users, has been the official channel for such auctions throughout 2025, handling a range of movable and immovable assets, from vehicles to real estate.
