Mahatma Gandhi rightly said, “The greatness of a Nation and it’s moral progress can be judged by the way its animals are treated.”

The tiny little hands of the DPS Modern Indian School (DPS-MIS)  Nursery srudents  carried packs of animal food for the rescued dogs and cats at PAWS Rescue Centre in Qatar.

PAWS rescues animals which are abandoned by their owners. This was a part of the community service for the kids who learnt about animals as their GK topic of the month.

Nearly 180kg of animal food was collected by the Nursery students and teachers.

We thank all the parents of Nursery who donated this food and helped us to teach our students that the most noble act as human beings is to show love to all the living creatures.

Let’s be the generation that ends animal exploitation.
