DOHA: Katara recently received ISO 9001:2008 certificate for Quality Management Systems in Cultural Affairs.
The certificate was awarded based on Katara’s implementation of standard quality management which meets the standards and guidelines of ISO 9001:2008. The Cultural Village received this recognition by MS Certification Company, one of the companies adopted internationally in the field of application of quality management standards for administrative and financial world.
The certificate was received by Dr Khalid bin Ibrahim Al Sulaiti, General Manager of Katara at Katara’s headquarters in the presence of Sherif Taher, General Manager of MS Certification and Omar Al Mannai, Representative of General Manager’s Office of Katara.
“This is an achievement that we are extremely proud of at Katara. This recognition reinforces Katara’s ability to build integrated system of processes that would raise the level of performance and improve the operations of internal and external communications.
