Doha, Qatar: The Qatar Meteorology Department has reported varying levels of rainfall across the country yesterday, March 31, 2026, with some areas recording significantly higher precipitation.

In a social media post by the department, Al Sadd recorded the highest rainfall at 16.1mm, followed by Sawda Natheel with 16mm. Other areas that experienced notable rainfall included Hamad International Airport at 14.3mm and Al Odaid at 14.1mm.

Moderate rainfall was recorded in Al Rayyan (13.4mm), Al Dhakira (13.3mm), and Stadium 974 (13.3mm), while Al Wakrah and Mesaimeer registered 12.3mm and 12mm respectively.

In Doha, 10.1mm of rainfall was recorded, with similar levels observed in Abu Samra and Qatar University. Lower rainfall totals were reported in Lusail (7.8mm), Katara (8.4mm), and Mesaieed (8mm).
