Ticket sales start for joint qualifiers of 2022 World Cup and 2023 Asian Cup

Doha: The Qatar Football Association (QFA) has announced that tickets has been released for the joint qualifiers for the 2022 FIFA World Cup and the 2023 AFC Asian Cup.

In a notice on its website, QFA stated that two categories of fans can purchase tickets to attend the match and must be aged 12 or older.

The teams in the qualifiers are Qatar, India, Oman, Bangladesh and Afghanistan.

First, the vaccinated fans must have received their second dose no later than 20 May 2021. Vaccine must have been taken in the last 9 months (after 03 September 2020).

Second, recovered fans in the last 9 months – with last day of recovery 14 days before match day (Recovery Period: 03 September 2020 - 20 May 2021).

Regular tickets are priced at QR20

QFA also mentioned that "any ticket holder who fails to meet the above criteria will not be allowed to attend the match".
