Doha, Qatar: The Qatar Meteorology Department (QMD) announced that the Al-Haq’ah star will rise on July 3, marking the third phase of the summer season.
It is named "Al-Haq'ah" (meaning "the circle" or "the ring") in resemblance to a circle that forms around the neck of a horse.
According to QMD, this phase will last for 13 days whereby the Indian monsoon low-pressure system dominates most of the Arabian Peninsula's atmosphere, bringing with it frequent hot winds, dust storms, and intense heat.
This period is regarded as one of the dry periods of the summer season.
