Often the external beauty of animals can deceive us and make us think they are harmless and friendly, but some of them can hide unsuspected dangers.
In this photo gallery, we'll show you five animals that look deliciously adorable, but that can actually pose a great danger to other species and in some cases even to our safety.
Dolphin
Dolphins are generally not dangerous to humans, but be careful: if you try to touch them, they may react by hitting with their tails, or by jumping on them and hitting with their snout which is very resistant. Sometimes they even attack for no apparent reason. They have sharp teeth and an effective attack system that takes place in packs. The dolphins form a circle, one of them swims around the school of fish to catch and moves the sand and mud of the seabed with its tail. This tactic causes mud to be dispersed in the water which prevents small fish from escaping. At that point they attack.
Slow Loris
The slow loris is an innocent-looking little primate, but it can be very dangerous. This animal has toxic glands at the elbows which, if licked, can make its bites poisonous. Look, admire, but don't touch!
Panda
Yes, the panda is often seen with a cuddly, loving teddy bear. But the truth is, he's still a bear! As such, it has claws, sharp fangs, and enormous strength considering its weight.
Beaver
While they are also kept as pets, beavers are not easy animals to take care of. They are very territorial and are aggressive when someone disturbs their natural habitat which is why attacks are common. And when they attack they can be very dangerous. Beavers have highly developed incisors that can puncture a person's limb causing worrying bleeding. Also, they can cause injury to human beings when suffering from rabies.
Swan
Swans are beautiful and elegant, but they are considered very aggressive animals, especially towards other members of the same species. These birds defend the nest with all their might. Furthermore, it can happen that when they are in flight they decide to attack people by crashing into them at high speed and making them fall into the water. As if that weren't enough, it happened to observe swans hindering in all possible ways the reaching of the mainland. As elegant as they are aggressive!
