Crafting coffee is an art and is an aromatic experience that brings together various brewing efforts. It was this inexplicable aroma lured the visitors in big number to the stall of Corona Coffee at Foodex Exhibition concluded yesterday.
Corona combines heritage and technology to create authentic blends and it served a unique experience which awakened their senses. Corona has proven to be a popular new addition in Doha. Though others have been selling coffee locally, nobody has filled the gap in the market for a spacious, warm, dedicated coffee house. They have created several blends to serve customers with the best coffee which includes Imperatore, Principe and Cavaliere.
“Imperatore is the traditional blend composed of 100% Arabica coffee beans. Each bean is roasted separately and cold- blended to maintain the authenticity of the beans.” Principe is composed of Arabica beans from Latin American.
“We offer rich flavours of chocolate and tobacco with a silky crema, this will give you a smooth and sweet taste at the same time. Cavaliere is grounded coffee blend which has a fine balanced composition which gives a very smooth flavour,” he added.

The first ever espresso coffee machine was built by them in 1905 these machines will never be out of fashion and is exhibited at the Museum of Modern Art in New York.
Since the middle of eighties La Pavoni’s main strategy and research has been into new technological developments by studying new ideas and creating panels in thermoplastic materials, in order to speed up the production cycle considerably by designing and creating outstanding coffee machines.
Giving a background of La Pavoni coffee machines he said, “The ideal first ‘Espresso Coffee Machine’ was built in ‘ideale’ design by the designer, named Desiderio Pavoni. La Pavoni Spa was founded in Milan in 1905.
At a workshop in Via Parini he gave life to the first espresso coffee machine for bar called ‘ideale’. On September 1 1902 Luigi Bezzera patented LaPavoni’s first invention, duly registered at the Milan State office on September 19 1903.”
Talking about the most famous coffee machine which was designed by one of the designers of ‘Ferrari’ brand. While Explaining about the exclusive ‘Diamante 3SV’ he said that: “By the creativity of two great Italian designers reborn Diamante, it’s a perfect blend of style and genius. Diamante has 2 or 3 groups, automatic, semi automatic and lever with a technological heart completely renewed but with a faithful aesthetic to the model born in the 50’s.”
