The winners and runners-up at Radisson Blu-Olympic Sports Squash Tournament pose for a picture with officials of Qatar Squash Federation (QSF) at Cabana Club court of Radisson Blu in Doha on Saturday. Azlan Amjad defeated Umair Zaman 11-5, 11-7, 11-3 to win the professional title. The Men’s A Level was won by Ahmed Elian, while Shaheen Zaman claimed the Men’s B Level title. QSF Board Member Mohammed Saleh Al Khulaifi was the chief guest and gave away the prizes along with Olympic Sports owner Ismail Sharif and Cabana Club manager Ahmed Sami. QSF Technical Advisor Gamal Rasmi conducted the closing ceremony. The tournament was held in nine categories Under-9, Under-11, Under-13, Under-15, Men’s A and Men’s B, Veterans and Professionals categories. The tournament, the oldest squash event for local players, has been sponsored jointly by Radisson Blu and Olympic Sports. More than 100 players took part in the nine categories.
