Tunisia and China today signed three partnership agreements with a total value of 1,200 billion Tunisian Dinars (around $500m). The agreements were signed on the sidelines of the fifth Tunis Forum on the theme 'Tunisia-China: a partnership for the future'
The first agreement was signed between Loukil Group and the Industrial and Commercial Bank of China (ICBC) to finance the "Tunisia Africa Mall" shopping centre. The second agreement was signed between ICBC and Amen Bank to develop business relations between China and Tunisia, while the third agreement was initiated between HUWAEI and the Industrial Company of Apparatus and Electrical Materials
