Doha: Football superstar Didier Drogba is currently in Aspetar, one of the leading specialised orthopaedic and sports medicine hospital in the world, getting charged up for the season ahead.
The Ivorian footballer, who is a Chelsea legend, now plays for Montreal Impact. He posted a picture of himself playing tennis on Qatar National Sport Day.
In the post he also mentioned the tennis champion Novak Djokovic.
“How cool do I look bro @djokernole be ready, I'm coming for you!!! Had so much fun yesterday during Qatar national sports day. Belle journée hier lors de la journée nationale du sport au Qatar,” the post said.
Drogba in an interview posted by Aspetar on YouTube praised Aspetar for the excellent support given before and during the 2014 FIFA World Cup, and even credits the staff and services in helping him reach peak performance for his successful return to Chelsea, and European Premier League win.
