Riyadh: The Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz Al Saud has received a written message from the Emir H H Sheikh Hamad bin Khalifa Al Thani, pertaining to relations between the two countries and a number of other issues of common concern.
The Prime Minister and Foreign Minister, H E Sheikh Hamad bin Jassem bin Jabor Al Thani, handed over the message during an audience with the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques at his palace in Riyadh yesterday afternoon.
At the outset of the audience, Sheikh Hamad bin Jassem, conveyed to the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, greetings and appreciation of the Emir and the Heir Apparent H H Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani.
In turn, the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, assigned the Qatari Minister to extend his greetings and appreciation to the Emir and the Heir Apparent wishing more progress and welfare to the two sisterly countries.
The audience was attended Crown Prince Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, the Deputy Premier and Minister of Defence; Prince Saud Al Faisal, the Minister of Foreign Affairs, and Prince Mohammed bin Naif bin Abdulaziz, the Minister of Interior.
The Prime Minister and Foreign Minister arrived here earlier yesterday on a short visit to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
