The veteran singer Lata Mangeshkar was rushed to hospital on Saturday night after she tested positive for Covid-19.

The doctor who is treating the singer stated that "due to the age it will take time to recover and will be kept under observation for another 10-12 days."
One of the family members of the singer confirmed that she is in a stable condition and needs prayers.
