Qatar raises security threat level for second time on Sunday

Doha, Qatar: The Ministry of Interior raised the threat level for the second time on Sunday morning. 

The Ministry also called on people to stay away from glass, remain indoors, follow safety instructions and avoid unnecessary movement.
