Doha: Qatar Football Association's (QFA) disciplinary committee yesterday issued suspensions and fines for seven players and an officials for their misconduct during the 15th round of Qatar Stars League (QSL).
The first round of suspensions were for misconduct during the Al Arabi vs El Jaish match.
The committee suspended Director of Football Salah Al Mulla from staying at the dugout or the changing rooms for two months. He was also fined QR30,000.
El Jaish's Romario Ricardo was suspended for two matches and fined QR30,000 for unsportsmanlike conduct.
His teammate Sanad Al Nuaimi was suspended for three weeks and fined a similar amount.
Another El Jaish player, Mohammed Ahmed Al Jabri, was suspended for two matches and fined QR10,000.
The committee also suspended Umm Salal's Mahmoud Al Mawas and Yannick Sagbo, Al Rayyan's Victor Caceres and Abdul Kareem Salem Al Ali.
