78 graduate from HEC Paris School of Management

DOHA: HEC Paris School of Management, ranked No. 1 in Executive Education by Financial Times in 2014, paid tribute to the latest batch of 78 graduates from the HEC Executive MBA and Specialised Master’s degree in strategic business unit management during a convocation ceremony.
Professor Bernard Ramanantsoa, Dean, HEC Paris; Professor Laoucine Kerbache, Dean and CEO, HEC Paris in Qatar; French Ambassador Eric Chevallier, and Christophe Eon, Deputy Vice President, HR, Communications & CSR, Total E&P Qatar, congratulated the graduates.
“It is with great pride that we congratulate the Class of 2014 for having met all stringent requirements and having excelled in your academic performance to merit the distinction of receiving an EMBA and Specialized master’s degree,” said Professor Ramanantsoa.
 “You are now prepared and better equipped to face challenges of a rapidly globalised business and economic environment and bring your businesses or the companies you work for to greater heights. We look forward to welcoming you back someday to share your knowledge, experiences and expertise as alumni and members of the HEC Paris community,” he added.
The Executive MBA programme offers senior managers and executives an understanding of the social, economic and environmental aspects of international business. It enables participants to gain comprehensive, innovative and applicable knowledge and skills to facilitate the transformation of vision into action by focusing on strategy and leadership in a global business environment.
Taught in English over 18 months, the programme has a four-day module per month format and is delivered in Doha, Paris, Beijing and Shanghai.
The specialized Master’s degree in strategic business unit management aims to enhance managerial skills and capabilities of high-potential professionals enabling them to innovate, detect opportunities and implement high-performance processes.
