The Emir H H Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani yesterday received a written message from Angolan President Jose Eduardo dos Santos on relations and issues of mutual concern. Angola’s Minister of State General Manuel Vicente delivered it during a meeting with the Emir.
