London: Jose Mourinho will remain in London despite being sacked by Chelsea on Thursday, according to the agency which represents him.

The 52-year-old Portuguese says he is eager to get back into management, but in the meantime will be helping "friends" in the cut-throat business of football.

"He will not be taking a sabbatical, he isn't tired, he doesn't need it, he is very positive, and is already looking forward," said a statement from CAA.

"Because of his love of football, you will see Jose at football grounds working and supporting friends."

The statement added: "Jose will remain living in London."
