Doha: President of the Republic of Tatarstan HE Rustam Minnikhanov left Doha on Sunday, following a visit to the country.
His Excellency and the accompanying delegation were seen off upon departure at Hamad International Airport by HE Director of the Department of Protocol of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs Ibrahim bin Yousif Fakhro.
