Doha, Qatar: Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs H E Sheikh Mohammed bin Abdulrahman bin Jassim Al Thani received a phone call on Saturday from Minister for Europe and Foreign Affairs of France H E Stephane Sejourne.
During the phone call, they discussed cooperation and relations between the two countries and the latest developments in the Gaza Strip and the occupied Palestinian territories, in addition to discussing the initiative of Qatar in cooperation with France to deliver medicines to civilians and detainees in the Strip.
The two sides stressed, during the call, the necessity of sustaining the entry of humanitarian aid into the Gaza Strip and strengthening regional and international efforts aimed at an immediate ceasefire.
