Doha: The Ministries of Foreign Affairs of the State of Qatar and the Republic of the Philippines held the first round of political consultations in Doha on Tuesday.
Secretary-General of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs HE Dr. Ahmed bin Hassan Al Hammadi chaired the Qatari side, while Undersecretary of the Philippine Department of Foreign Affairs for Bilateral Relations and ASEAN Affairs HE Maria Theresa Lazaro headed the Philippine side.
During the round of political consultations, they reviewed bilateral relations of cooperation and ways to support and enhance them.
