Doha, Qatar: Qatar is expected to experience an increase in relative humidity levels this weekend, said the Qatar Meteorology Department.
It added that during the weekend, Friday and Saturday, July 17 and 18, the rise in humidity could bring mist and fog forming in some parts.
Meanwhile, in its weekend forecast, the weather department said that the temperatures will range between 32°C and 39°C.
Today, Thursday, the weather will be hot and humid with wind northwesterly to northeasterly at 5-15 knots, gusting to 23 knots during daytime. Sea height will be 1-3ft, rising to 5ft in the eastern parts.
A misty and foggy, hot and humid day is forecast for Friday and Saturday, with the sea height at 2-4ft.
Wind will be variable at first, shifting to northeasterly-easterly on Friday and northeasterly-northwesterly on Saturday, at 5-15 knots gusting to 20 knots during daytime on both days.
It also warned of poor visibility in some areas in the morning.
