Doha, Qatar: The Qatar Stock Exchange (QSE) Index opened Tuesday's trading session down 50.77 points, or 0.54%, to reach 9359 points, weighed by five sectors.
QSE data showed a positive performance for Consumer Goods and Services (+0.36%), and Real Estate (+0.26 %). Meanwhile, performance was negative for Insurance (-0.05%), Industrials (-0.34%), Telecoms (-0.54%), Banks and Financial Services (-0.76%), and Transport (-0.88%).
By 10am, trading on QSE totaled QR 40.903 million, with 17.512 million shares changing hands through 3415 transactions.
