The Emir H H Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani and South Korean President Park Geun-hye smile at children waving Qatari and South Korean flags in Seoul yesterday. Qatar and South Korea signed deals including one to set up a $2bn joint investment fund. Another agreement with Korea Foundation will see the introduction of Korean language teaching at Qatar University.
