Berlin--USA head coach Jurgen Klinsmann said Tuesday he expects there to be more revelations in the on-going US-led investigation into football's governing body FIFA.
"If there is one thing I know for sure, when the American authorities have evidence, then they see things through and more things will come out," said Klinsmann in a press conference in Cologne ahead of Wednesday's friendly against Germany.
"The whole world is wishing that FIFA will be cleaned up and those who comply will do things differently in the long term."
Last month, FIFA was rocked by the latest scandal following the arrest of seven high-ranking officials in Zurich as part of a US-led corruption inquiry.
On the eve of the FIFA congress in Zurich, those arrested were charged with alleged racketeering, conspiracy and corruption.
The scandal triggered the resignation of Sepp Blatter as FIFA president with Swiss judicial authorities also probing the awarding of the 2018 and 2022 World Cups to Russia and Qatar.
Klinsmann said he was shocked by recent events within CONCACAF, The Confederation of North, Central America and Caribbean Football Association, with the USA to host the confederation's Gold Cup tournament next month.
CONCACAF dismissed and replaced president Jeffrey Webb and executive committee member Eduardo Li last month after they were among the FIFA officials arrested in Zurich.
